Extending ~om the northern terminus of said bulklaead will be 130 linear fl. W- of 16' wide +/- rock revetment, itself running along the southeastern edge of subject property to the northern property line. In addition, applicant proposes to construct an access road (8.0' wide) on the northeastern section of said property, all with the following conditions; the rock revetment and the toe armor be covered with sand after the project is completed and planted with American Beach Grass 1' on center before April Ist; the stone jetty is to be removed and may be used as rock armoring; and a survey of beach elevations be taken before construction at the corner of the existing bulkhead on the south side and in the middle of the Gleason property and one on either side of the jetty in order to show how the removal is going to affect the beach.
