The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the site plan prepared by Condon Engineering, P.C., last dated May 13, 2010, and stamped approved on May 19, 2010. Special Conditions: None, Inspections: Final inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required. King, President Board of Town Trustees Towm Hall Annex Building 54375 Route 25 Southold NY 11971 Re: Emergency pem3it for Mattituck Yacht Club Peconic Bay Blvd., Mattituck New York SCTM: 10~)-126-5-8 Dear Mr. King: Attached are two copies the following documents for the above referenced application: · Site plan and repair plan · Before and after photos with a key plan · Emergency application form · Copy of the original survey of the property The applicant proposes to repair and re-install an existing deck in kind damaged during Hurricane Sandy. Two concrete piers will be replaced with new 12'diameter sonotube piers to be connected to a new P.C. footing or connected to the existing footing and two new 8x8 wood post eastern section of the deck will be repaired as necessary. Repairs were made to this portion of the yacht club in the spring of 2010 under Trustees permit 7304A. Debris accumulated on the property will be removed and disposed in accordance with local laws.
