AUTHORIZATION
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 275 and/or Chapter 111 of the Town Code of the Town of
Southold and in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Trustees adopted at the meeting held on
_June 2_0, 2007 in consideration &application fee in the sum of $250:00 paid by Mattituck Park District
to the lenns and Conditions as stated in the Resolution, the Southold Town Board of Trustees authorizes and
permits the following:
Wetland Permit to reconstruct the existing (2) timber groins at the project site.
Reconstruct 95+/- linear ft. of the existing 144+/- linear ft. timber groin to the east in-
using vinyl sheathing, and remove 49' of the existing groin. Reconstruct 100+/- linear ft.
the existing 115+/- linear ft. timber groin to the west in-place utilizing vinyl
