The following action was taken by the Southold Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wed., February 18, 2009:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES the Amendment to
Permit #6785 to eliminate the inkindlinplace replacement of +/-148 If. of existing timber
retaining wall in favor of the inkindlinplace replacement of +1-133 If. of existing timber
retaining wall and the installation of +~-35 If. of new timber retaining wall to create
landward cut-out in retaining wall, and as depicted on the plan prepared by Eh-
Consultants, Inc. last dated January 20, 2009.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

AUTHORIZATION
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 275 and/or Chapter 111 of the Town Code of the Town of
Southold and in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Trnstees adopted at the meeting held on

Bloom and subject to the Terms and Conditions as stated in the Resolut/on, the Southold Town Board of
Tmstens authorizes and permits the following:
Wetland Permit to construct +/- 145 linear feet of vinyl bulkhead in-place of
existing timber bulkhead; construct +/- 172 linear feet of timber retaining wall in-pince
of existing timber retaining wall; and backfill with approximately 20 cubic yards clean
sand to be trucked in from an upland source, and as depicted on the site plan prepared
by EN-Consultants, Inc., dated November 7, 2007, and received on November 15, 2007.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Board of Trastccs hereby causes its Corporate Seal to be affixed,
and these presents to be subscribed by a majority of the said Board aa of this date.
