Review and Discussion of Goals and Objectives 2013: Status appears below: · Print and disseminate Resource Directory: Jeff is soliciting sponsorships to underwrite the costs. Irene will ensure that directories are available for distribution by mid-April. · Youth Activities Survey: Crissy will have final report of survey results and analysis by May. · Youth Job Fair is scheduled for April 20th at Recreation Center, no businesses have submitted their intent to attend. Phillip will meet with Chambers, etc. later in March to appeal for their support. In addition she is hoping to implement an "adopt a senior" program e.g. youth could assist seniors with shoveling snow, etc.. · Broaden engagement of community (youth and parents) to learn more about Youth Bureau and its activities through advertisement and social media. Once again it was suggested that the Youth Bureau develop a Facebook page and this should be implemented this year. Next Meeting Date: Monday, April 8th at 5:00 p.m. Human Resource Center Respectfully Submitted, Phillip Beltz
