thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck. in the Town of Southold.
Suffolk County, New York, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the westerly line of Westview Odve, distant
72 feet southerly along said line from a point directly opposite the intersection of
the easterly line of said Westview Ddve with the northerly line of Brower Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly line of Westview Drive, South 11 degrees
17 minutes 20 seconds East, 70 feet to an iron pipe and land of Praetodus;
THENCE along land of Praetofius, South 72 degrees 30 minutes West, 283.58
feet to the high water mark of Mattituck Creek;
THENCE northerly along said ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek the
following three courses and distances:
1. North 02 degrees lg minutes 42 seconds West, 54.24 feet;
