Office, the Grantor herein being the same described as the Grantee in said Deed.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, it' any, of the party of Ihe first pan in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Ihe party of the first part in and to said

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Laurel Court where the same is intersected by the division line between
Lot I8 and 17, on said [nap, said point also being561.49 feet southerly from the extreme southerly end of a curve
