170 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center nas thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
}remises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the

Description
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Alvah's Lane where the same is intersected by the
northwesterly corner of premises now or formerly of Evans. Said point of beginning being also
distant 1042.02 feet northerly as measured along the easterly side of Alvah's Lane, from the
northerly side of Main Road. Running thence from said point or place of beginning along the
easterly side of Alvah's Lane, North 27 degrees 50' 10" West 135.0 feet to land now or formerly of
Kaloski; running thence along said last mentioned land, the following two courses and distances:
(1)North 65 degrees 03' 50" East, 200.0 feet; and
(2)South 27 degrees 50' 10" East, 334.04 feet to land now or formerly of Horton; running
thence along said land now or formerly of Horton, South 65 degrees 03' 50" West, 63.07
feet to land now or formerly of Evans; running thence along said land now or formerly of
Evans, the following two courses and distances:
