paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs

side of Fleets Neck Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the north-
easterly side of Fleets Neck Road with the southerly side of First Street;
RUNNING THENCE north 44 degrees 51' 30" east along land now or formerly of Yousik,
200.00 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Saba;
THENCE south 45 degrees 32' 20" east along last mentioned land, 70.00 feet to a
monument and land nor or formerly of Cain;
THENCE south 44 degrees 51' 30" west along last mentioned land, 200.07 feet to a
monument on'the northeasterly side of Fleets Neck Road;
THENCE north 45 degrees 29' 00" west along the northeasterly side of Fleets
Neck Road, 70.00 feet to the monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed. dated 9/26/81 and recorded 10/6/81 in Liber 9080 op. 510.
