0000 DIST: westerly line of Horton's Lane to land now or formerly of Stewart Dewar and wife;

LOT: RUNNING THENCE along said land of Dewar (and partly along the center of an

of the Long Island Railroad Company;
RUNNING THENCE North 66 degrees 54 minutes East a distance of 196.19 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

line of which is the southerly line of the premises hereby conveyed, and running
from said westerly line of Horton's Lane westerly along said southerly line a
distance of 165 feet;
SUBJECT, however, to an open and unobstructed right of way to Stewart Dewar and
Charlotte H. Dewar, his wife, their heirs or assigns, 4.5 feet in width, the
southerly line of which is the southerly line of the premises hereby conveyed,
and running from said westerly line of Horton's Lane westerly along said southerly
line of distance of 165 feet.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantor(s) herein by deed dated 06/13/83
