WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by lhe party of the
second part. docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second parL the heirs or successors and assigns of the pa~y of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot: piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded on the North by Long Island Sound 25 feet; on the East by
land now or formerly of Hyatt 350 feet; South by Horton's Lane 25 feet; and West by land now or formerly of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a vacant parcel 6f land on Horton's Lane, Southold, New York, the same
premises as are described in the deed recorded in Eib~r'9718 page 159'in the,Offi~:e of the Suffolk County Clerk;
the parties herein being the grantees in the aforesaid deed, the parties now being husband and wife. This deed is
made'for the purpose of changing the form of ownership from a tenancy in common to a tenancy by the entirety.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to an).' streets and roads abutting the above described
premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with thc appurtenanCeS and all the estate and rights of the party of thc first parl in and to
sa[d premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND thc party of the first part covenants thal the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have
been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first parl will receive the
consideration for this conveyance and will hold thc right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to bc applied first for thc purpose of
paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose.
Thc word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever thc sense of this indenture so rcquiras.
