AMENDED DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Albertson
Lane and the westerly side of Main Road (CR 25);
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Main Road - CR 25 along an
arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 2896.79 feet a distance of 260.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE north 63 degrees 05 minutes west I84.03 feet;
RUNNING THENCE north 02 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds east 155.00 feet to the
southerly side of Albertson Lane 287.17 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Albertson Lane south 87 degrees 24"
