Greenwich, CT 06807 ("Releasor"), and
NISHA KUMAR, TRUSTEE OF THE 2012 BEHRINGER TRUST UNDER
AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER ~:~, 2012 having an address at 25 Cat Rock Road,
Greenwich, CT 06807 ("Releasee"),
WITNESSETH, that Releasor, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration paid by Releasee, does hereby grant, remise, release and quitclaim unto
Releasee, the heirs or successors and assigns of Releasee forever, all of Releasor's interest in and
to ali that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, and more fully described as follows:
See Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof,
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Releasor by deed dated June 22, 2007
and recorded the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, reservations and easements of record, now in
force and effect; and
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of Releasor, in and to any streets
~and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Releasor in and to
said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Releasee, the heirs and
assigns forever.
AND Releasor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that Releasor
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
