and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly
bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed, dated March
19, 2009 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on March 26, 2009 in Liber 12583 page 998.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the

States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN", said iron pipe also being
at a point of curve to the left having a radius of 1373.57 feet and the direction of whose
