page 178 ; thereafter conveyed by-Clifford T. Case, Sr. , Katherine
R. Case and David T. Case, Sr. , to Wilson F. Reynolds by deed
dated October 26 , 1971 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on November 5, 1971 in Liber 7040 of Deeds, at page 533;
thereafter conveyed by Wilson F. _Reynolds, Jr„ as Executor, to
Wilson F. Reynolds, Jr. , by deed dated March 11, 1983 and -
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 23, ' 1983 in

HOLD the premises,herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
