The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM by Chairman Peter Young.

DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATION OF WETLAND PERMIT & COASTAL EROSION
PERMIT APPLICATIONS
Moved by Doug Hardy, seconded by Derek Bossen, it was
RESOLVED to SUPPORT the Wetland Permit application of WILLIAM LEHMANN to remove
remains of existing wood walk, stairway to beach and 29' of bulkhead; construct 29' of new
bulkhead in-place; fill eroded area with clean trucked in fill (approx. 6 cy). Regrade area.
Reconstruct (in-place) existing wood walk and stairway to beach in-place.

The CAC Supports the application, however, recommends the dwelling is moved to the applicant's

needed 6'X 9' wood deck and 3'X 8' stairs; reconstruct storm damaged 4'X 6' deck; construct 4'X
8' steps to beach; and renourish storm eroded area landward of bulkhead with approx. 25 cy.
clean sand to be revegetated with native vegetation.

5'X 9' deck and 5'X 9' stairs; construct 6'X 6' deck in place of storm destroyed 4.5' wide deck;
construct 4'X 8' steps to beach; and renourish storm eroded area landward of bulkhead with
approx. 150 cy. of clean sandy fill to be revegetated with native vegetation.

line; install 22' new vinyl sheet piling bulkhead return; remove lower beach stair and reinstalled
after new bulkhead is constructed; reconstruct rubble stone wall at same height and length; and
revegetate disturbed slope; install filter fabric at base of lower rubble stone wall.

storm eroded area landward of bulkhead with 150 cy. clean fill and planted with native vegetation.

reconstruct existing stairway to beach, in-place.

seawall; repair existing timber jetties (2) located along shoreline where needed; repair/resheath
existing timber bulkhead and return; install bulkhead return extension 12' off existing return; install
bulkhead return 20' off northern terminus of existing seawall; install secondary bulkhead/retaining
wall landward of existing concrete seawall; deposit 700 cy. fill between existing concrete seawall
and proposed secondary bulkhead and plant with native vegetation; and relocate existing shed
within the northeastern section of property to southwest a minimum distance of 100' from concrete
seawall

RESOLVED to SUPPORT the Wetland Permit application of ELIZABETH SPERES to reconstruct
the lower bulkhead 100', construct three (3) returns 12' each, and reconstruct the upper retaining
wall 100', all with vinyl sheathing. Reconstruct existing lower steps 60 sf., wood deck 350 sf.,
upper steps 350 sf., and a portion of the existing concrete walk towards the shoreline. Deposit
clean fill obtained from an upland source in order to replace lands lost along the shoreline and
landward of the original bulkheading 500 cy., and install a splash pad 1,200 sf. between the upper
and lower walls.

The CAC Tables the application because the run-off going into the right-of-way should be
addressed. The plans are incomplete and the CAC recommends a site plan for the project. The

and foundation and replace with new deck piers and decking, remove foundation walls of north
bedroom and install new foundation to support proposed exterior walls. No first floor will remain.
Fill existing basement with approx. 2' of sand and new concrete slab.
