POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the Board on any given topic. Morton as part-time deckhand for the Fishers Island Ferry District. Set the hourly wage for Michael Fiora, Fishers Island Ferry District. Set the hourly wage for Claus Wolter, Fishers Island Ferry District. Set increase of 3% for individuals, Fishers Island Ferry District. Request that Suffolk County, under the Suffolk County Greenways Program, purchase a parcel of land on County Route 48, Mattituck, SCTM # 1000-133-12-15 for active parkland. Grant change of title for Roger M. Tabor in the Highway Department from Laborer to Automotive Equipment Operator. Authorize modification to the 2001 General Fund Whole Town budget for employees in the Tax Receiver' s office. Provisionally appoint Michael Terry to the full-time position of Senior Environmental Planner in the Planning Department. Accept the proposal of Roy H. Edwards as a member of the Southold Town Planning Board for the term expiring December 31, 2003, effective imemdiately. 891 Reappoint Bennett Orlowski, Jr. as a member of the Southold Town Planning Board for the term expiring December 31, 2003, effective immediately. 892. Appoint Lydia Tortora as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, effective immediately, for the term of office expiring on December 31, 2004. 893. Appoint John A. Cushman III to the exempt position of Town Comptroller, effective immediately. 894. Reappoint Gregory F. Yakaboski, effective immediately, to the position of Town Attorney for the Town of Southold for the term expiring December 31, 2001. 895. Enact "A Local Law in Relation to No Parking, Standing and Stopping anytime at the Intersection of Rocky Point and Aquaview Avenue, East Marion". 896. Authorize payment to retiring Highway Superintendent Raymond Jacobs of benefits accumulated prior to his becoming Superintendent of Highways. 897. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to forward a copy of a resolution to all board and committee members advising them that their requested resignation is of no legal effect and may be disregarded. 898. Express appreciation to Highway Superintendent Raymond L. Jacobs for his unselfish and wholehearted cooperation and untiring efforts on behalf of the Town and extend best wishes for the years ahead. 899. Express appreciation to Councilman Brian G.
