JEAN LEPRE, ELEANOR LINGO, MIKE DOMINO, LORETTA AZEL GERACHI, CAROLYN PEABODY AND CINDY SMITH Meeting is called to order at 10:10 There is a correction to last months minutes; Merle was present. Marjorie moves to accept corrected minutes. Loretta seconds. All are in favor. MLK PROGRAM: Reverend Butler was to send his personal bio, but Merle hasn't gotten one as of this date. Eleanor will notify him and ask that it be sent to Merle at MefleSyLevine~¥ahoo.com. We need this to be able to submit info to the printer. The theme tag for the poster is "Gathering in the Spirit of Martin Luther King". The theme for the speaker is "service to ones community". The program has been developed. Carolyn suggests that next year's theme be "Let Freedom Ring in Southold Town." Refreshments will be provided by the committee. OLD BUSINESS: The purchase of the civil rights movement book was made by some members. The books are also available in Southold Town School libraries. NEW BUSINESS: Carolyn will get current listings of Erase Racism Trainings so that ABTF can approach the schools in time for personnel too be able to schedule the date. The Anti Bias Task Force has put in a proposal budget of $3000 for 2013. The North Fork Housing Alliance has reached out to the Anti Bias Task Force for applicants to their list for application to Lakeside Apts for handicapped/people with disabilities. Peter is owed $47.41 as he purchased briquets for the community picnic. Meeting adjourned 11:30 Cynthia A Smith
