being the northwesterly corner of land of Perron, from said point of beginning running
along said land of Perron, South 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East, 338.91 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of John Charnews, South 67 degrees 06
1 minutes 40 seconds West, 50.00 feet;
I RUNNING THENCE along land of Robert Gillispie, North 9 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds
West, 338.91 feet to said southerly line of Middle Road;
THENCE along said southerly line, North 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East, 50.00 feet
to the point of place of BEGINNING.
The premises above described are subject to the covenant that they will not be used or
occupied for any of the following purposes, to wit:
(1) Motor vehicle sales, service station and washing and repair garages and facilities;
(2) Drive-in restaurants and similar establishments for the sale of food and
beverages;
(3) Establishments for the sale of alcoholic beverages;
(4) Laundromats or similar establishments
The foregoing covenants shall run for a term of twelve years from the date hereof, and
shall thereafter run for successive periods of five years each, unless the owners of 50% or
more of the land involved execute and record a written instrument terminating same within
three months prior to the respective expiration dates, and during the time of existence of
the covenants they shall apply to all of the premises adjacent thereto owned by the seller.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated November 30,1979 and recorded January 2,1 980 in Liber 8755 page 119.
