The premises above described are subject to the covenant that they will not be used or occupied for any of the following purposes, to wit: (1) Motor vehicle sales, service station and washing and repair garages and facilities; (2) Drive-in restaurants and similar establishments for the sale of food and beverages; (3) Establishments for the sale of alcoholic beverages; (4) Laundromats or similar establishments The foregoing covenants shall run for a term of twelve years from the date hereof, and shall thereafter run for successive periods of five years each, unless the owners of 50% or more of the land involved execute and record a written instrument terminating same within three months prior to the respective expiration dates, and during the time of existence of the covenants they shall apply to all of the premises adjacent thereto owned by the seller.
