by the intersection of the northerly side of Clark Street and the easterly side
of Fifth Street; which pipe is also at the southwest corner of the premises
about to be described and the southeast corner of land now or formerly of Hughes;

feet to a pipe and land now or formerly of Horton; running thence along said last
