RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Pleasant Place North

RUNNING THENCE northerly along the arc of a curve that connects the
northerly side of Pleasant Place and the easterly side of Longview Lane , said
arc of a curve has a radius of 20.0 feet, a distance of 36.47 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Longview Lane , North
38 deg. 06 min. 30 sec. East, 129.10 feet to the division line between Lot 40
and Lot 41;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line South 66 deg. 22 min. 10 sec.
