A travel and timing issue which we were not aware of earlier in the permitting process will delay the performance of the Dirt Farmers (a folk band from upstate NY, the headliner) bytwo hours. We wish to alter the time of the event from the previously stated l~Spm to 2-7pm. Ughter music may be played earlier which is in keeping with our normal course of business, but not necessarily related to this event. To clarify, there will be a folk duo (local to here The Secondhands) who will play for 45 mlntues, a folk group (local to LI called Miles to Dayton) who will play for about ~. hour before the headliner will play (about 90 minutes.) To further clarify the advertising of the event, the banner #NoFo Rock and Folk Fest" is being used to "brand" the events under a concert series- but this is no way Implies or should imply that this is a festival, or that this is somehow related to the previous large-scaled events that took place here. The NoFO Rock and Folk Fest brand name is owned jointed by PBW and Josh Horton, who acts as the event promoter and organizer and is meant to draw attention to the event advertising. Additionally, there will be a vendor of hot dogs (and such) selling food from a truck near the event. The vendor will be here from an earlier hour, and Is not necessarily associated with the event, but will be present nonetheless. Permit number# ~'O~ ~. We have no reason at this time to alter the expected attendance or the number of cars to be pa~ked, except to say It seems in bounds to the original permit. We know these are minor points, but to be in complete compliance with the permit we ask for these changes to be made. LA~vEU very~for your time and consideration. __ GeneraIManager, Peconic Bay Winery. / PECONIC BAY WINERY 08/15/2012 Zoning Board of Appeals Town of Southold PO Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 RE: Permit #WP219 Ms. Chairperson: Peconic Bay Winery respectfully requests a minor (expedited) amendment to the permit referenced above.
