ALLECRAM SERVICES, INC., whose address is 229 St. John's Place, Apt. 3-B, Brooklyn,
New York 11217
party of the first part, and
PETER J. VOLANDES and STELLENE VOLANDES, husband and wife, residing at 210 East
72nd Street, New York, New York 10021
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State
of New York, and designated as Lot I1 on "M_ap of Highpoint at East Marion," Section 1,

BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Willow Drive, distant 624.87 feet
southeasterly from the extreme southeasterly end of a curve which connects the southwesterly
side of Willow Drive with the southeasterly side of Pine Terrace;
RUNNING THENCE southeasterly along the southwesterly side of Willow Drive the following
two (2) courses and distances:
1. Along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 560.00 feet, a distance of
98.93 feet;
2. South 61 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.88 feet;
THENCE South 28 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West, 202.20 feet;
THENCE South 80 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds West, 74.07 feet;
THENCE North 18 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds West, 217.88 feet;
THENCE North 38 degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds East, 111.11 feet, to the southwesterly side of
Willow Drive, the point or place of BEGINNING.
Subject, however, to a right of way over the street on said filed map for access to the nearest
public highway.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated February 14, 2000, and recorded March 14, 2000, in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk in Liber 12027, Page 724.
This conveyance is made for the express purpose of winding up the affairs of the Corporation,
the Corporation having been duly dissolved by non-judicial dissolution by filing with the New
York State Department of State and is made with the consent of all of the shareholders of
Allecram Services, Inc.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
first above written.
