Please be aware of several problems regarding ethics and or building codes in the
Mattituck area.. First a worker for the Highway Department residing at 105 East Mill
Road took the liberty of paving his immediate neighbor's driveway with town supplies
and equipment, roughly three months ago. Please look into this matter. Thank you.
Paul Mathews residing in a delapidated house at the end of Mill Lane has been illegally
renting a potato barn to Charlie Solo for automobile repairs and boat storage for 5
years.
Lastly the corner house on Mill Lane and Wickham Ave., (it is blue in color), is having
major renovations with no permits posted.
We would like it if the town could uphold the codes and ask these people to stop
breaking the codes.
