thereon erected, situate lying and being at Bayview near Southold in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot
Number Forty-Two (42) on a certain map entitled "Bay Haven at Southold, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York", surveyed December 10, 1958, by Otto W. Van
Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 22nd day of January, 1959, as Map No. 2910.
