Town of Southhotd, Suffolk County, State of New York bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the end of a tie line connecting the southerly side of Ackerly
Pond Lane (Bowery Lane) with the northwesterly side of Lower Road and
running in a westerly direction along land now or formerly of Andre Moraillon the
following three courses and distances:
1) north 45 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds west 47.40 feet;
