granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assighs of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the fa'st part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue at thc southeasterly comer of the premises herein
described and being the southwesterly comer of the premises heretofore conveyed by Stephen O. Salmon and Florence S.
Beebe, his sister to F. Gerard Braun and his'wife 'by deed in Liber 3443 page 7 (which point is 440.22 feet as measured
along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue from the southeasterly comer of land conveyed to Stephen O. Salmon and
Florence S. Beebe, his sister by William Albert Salmon and his wife by deed dated June 4, 1946);
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, north 87 degrees 22 minutes 30 seconds west a
distance of 100.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE north 00 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds west a distance of 310.00 feet to ordinary high water mark
of Long Island Sound;
