The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, October 21, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommend
to the Board of Appeals that the application of Anna Loria for
a set-off at New Suffolk be denied since the proposed lots would
be significantly less than the 80,000 square foot minimum lot
size requirement.
