THENCE along said southerly line of Jockey Creek Drive South 770 46' 50" East, a
distance of 150.0 feet: RUNNING THENCE South 120 13' 10" West, a distance of 150.0
feet; RUNNING THENCE North 770 46' 50" West, a distance of 50.0 feet; RUNNING
THENCE South 120 13' 10" West, a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to ordinary
Tax Map high water mark of Jockey Creek; RUNNING THENCE northwesterly along said high
Designation water mark of Jockey Creek, a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to said land of
Minnie B. Glover; RUNNING THENCE along said land of Minnie B. Glover, North 120
Dist. 13' 10" East, a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the point or place of
1000 BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the Parties of the First
Sec. Part in and to the waters and lands under water of Jockey Creek in front of and
70 abutting said premises on the south of the center line thereof.

5 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Parties of the First
Part by a Deed frcan Susan H. Terry and Edith M. Terry dated November 30, 1963

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
Will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied fust for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
ofthe cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
