RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL UNTIL JANUARY 1 2000 Until January 1, 2000, the parties of the second part may only sell or transfer their entire interest in the hereinabove described property (the "Property") in a single sale or transfer, and any attempted partial sale or transfer or sale or transfer of less than the whole shall be void. If at anytime prior to January 1, 2000, the parties of the second part desire to sell or convey the Property, the Property shall be offered to the parties of the first part, for first refusal upon the same terms and conditions. A copy of the offer from any such purchaser or transferee shall be given in writing and sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the parties of the first part at the addresses as set forth above. In the event the parties of the first part shall fail to exercise this right of first refusal by delivering a written notice of intent to exercise this right of first refusal to at least one of the parties of the second part within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a copy of said offer from any such purchaser or transferee, this right of first refpsal shall terminate and expire. The hereinabove described Property may then be conveyed to said purchaser or transferee.
