SUBJECT to the provisions of a declaration recorded on September
10th, 1969, in the Suffolk County Clerk' s in Liber 6620 at page 337,
provided same do not prohibit the erection and maintenance of a one-

REN GROVER retains her one-half interest in the premises
reviously granted in deed dated July 31, 1992, recorded on December

the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" Shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
