BEGINNING on the northerly side of Smith Drive North distant 180.36 feet westerly from the
comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Smith Drive North and the westerly side
of Williams Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 80 degrees 30 minutes West along the northerly side of Smith
Drive North 128.82 feet;
THENCE North 4 degrees 30 minutes East 194.00 feet to a point on the southerly side of West
Creek;
THENCE along the southerly line of West Creek to a point 128.82 feet when measured along a
tie line having a bearing of North 80 degrees 30 minutes East;
THENCE South 4 degrees 30 minutes West 194.0 feet to the northerly side of Smith Drive
North at the point or place of BEGINNING.
THE GRANTOR herein being the same person as one of the named Grantees in deeds dated
7/20/77 and filed on 8/8/77 in Document#250269 Certificate#104,601,and in deed dated
7/20/77 flied 8/8/77 in Document#250270 Certificate#104,602.

11/9/87.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
