Location: 8405 Cox Lane, Cutchogue
This site plan is for the construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. storage building addition to an existing
1,263 sq. ft. building having a total of 7,263 sq. ft. of building for a contractor's yard on a 1 acre
parcel in the Light Industrial Zoning District
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department and the information available to me, my recommendation is that
the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
