MEMORANDUM
This amended site plan is for a proposed parking area of 14 stalls for employees and over-flow
customer parking on a 7,294 s.f. parcel in the General Business (B) Zoning District, Cottage
Place, Southold.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP, provided
that the below recommendations are considered:
To further Policy 5, "Protect and improve water quality and supply in the Town of Southold" and
protect and improve the water quality and supply in the area; require that the action meets
Chapter 236 Stormwater Management.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
