This site plan is for the proposed construction of a 4,320 s.f. agricultural storage building in a 2.6
acre building envelope on a 32 acre agricultural parcel in the R-80 Zoning District, in Orient.
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form
submitted to this department, the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
The area is NOT included and identified as included within the archeo-sensitive area (MAPINFO
G[S-Archeo- sensitive layer). Storm water controls are proposed.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written
determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
