TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part to land under water of Town Creek in front of and adjacent to said premises. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to the highway adjacent to said premises. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed in deed dated April 15, 1944, recorded April 17,1944, in liber 2352 cp 295.
