Tom Gabrielsen on behalf of JAMES & JANET D'ADDARIO requests a Wetland Permit to
replace the existing storm damaged 93' long bulkhead and two (2) 10' returns; existing 50' jetty
to be replaced in place with the same pitch of 1' to 12'; existing stairs to be replace with new
stairs to code including 2 %" cedar handrails. Located: 8960 Groat Peconic Bay Boulevard,
Laurel. SCTM# 126-5-6
The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the
Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy
Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment
Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my
recommendation that the proposed action is CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and
therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in
preParing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.

Project Description:
We propose to replace existing 93' long bulkhead and two 10' returns with new
bulkhead and new returns. Existing stairs to be replaced with new stairs to code
including 2 ~" cedar handrails. Existing 50' jetty to be replaced with new jetty and
will remain in same location as it exists at the present time with the same pitch (1'
to 12').
Dimensions and location of all proposed structures above will remain in the same
location as they are at the present time.
Bulkhead, stairs and jetty will be removed from premises in dumpsters.
