BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Pine Neck Road
distant 299.10 feet west of the corner formed by the intersection
of the westerly side of Oaklawn Avenue with the northerly side of
Pine Neck Road;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the northerly side of Pine Neck Road,
South 81 degrees 56 minutes west 5.37 feet and north 65 degrees
30 minutes 00 seconds west 94.76 feet to lands of Gunnison;
THENCE North 4 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east along said lands
of Gunnison 141.81 feet to lands of Greene;
THENCE South 85 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds east along said
lands or Greene 100.00 feet to lands of Dunne;
THENCE South 4 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds west along said lands
of Dunne 140.64 feet to the northerly side of Pine Neck Road and
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by Deed, dated 5/20/88, and recorded in the
Clerk of Suffolk County on 5/26/88, in Liber 10611, cp 532.
