at law or intestate distributee of the Estate of Eleanor Diachun, a/ka/Ellie Diachun, who died a
resident of Suffolk County on August 13, 2009,
party of the first part, and
CAPITAL ASSET RETIREMENT FUND LLC, a domestic Limited Liability Company having
offices at 2885 Sandford Avenue, SW #17763, Grandville, Michigan 49418,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the party of the part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
his undivided one half(½) interest in and to:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York

streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and alt the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said

part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight
to receive such con-sideration as a mt fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
