WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
· consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 416 on "Map of Section D,
Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc." filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 7, 1926 as Map
No. 806. Said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of I4aywaters Road, distant 165 feet from the
Northerly end of a curve connecting the Northerly side of Little Peconic Bay Road and the Westerly side
of Haywaters Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 83 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds W.est, 203.80 feet;
THENCE North 25 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds West, 90.58 feet;
THENCE North 89 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East, 244.41 feet to the Westerly side of
Haywaters Road;
THENCE along the Westerly side of Haywaters Road the following two (2) courses ~nd
distances:
I. Along an undefined curve, the tie-line of which is South 01 degree 31 minutes 05 seconds
East, 52.54 feet;
2. South 04 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds West, 55.47 feet to the point or place of
BEGtNNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
Deed ~tated November 28, 1997 and recorded December 30, 1997 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 11870 of Deeds at Page 424. Said deed contained an incorrect lot on the incorrect filed map and
this deed is meant not only as a conveyance but to correct the description in the deed dated November 28,
1997 referred to herein.
The party of the first part herein received title pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Vera
Cichanowicz who died on June 25, 1986 and whose Will dated May 5, 1982 was admitted to probate by
the Surrogate Court of Suffolk County on August 29, 1986. The party of the first part was a specific
devisee of this property under said Will.
SAID premises being known as 3500 Haywaters Road, Cutchogue, New York, Suffolk County
Tax Map No. 1000-111.00-11.00-010.000.
TOGETHER with all right, title a~d interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of th? party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideratior;
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purposes.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first
above written.
