Said deed contained an incorrect lot on the incorrect filed map and this deed is meant not only as a conveyance but to correct the description in the deed dated November 28, 1997 referred to herein. The party of the first part herein received title pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of Vera Cichanowicz who died on June 25, 1986 and whose Will dated May 5, 1982 was admitted to probate by the Surrogate Court of Suffolk County on August 29, 1986. The party of the first part was a specific devisee of this property under said Will. SAID premises being known as 3500 Haywaters Road, Cutchogue, New York, Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-111.00-11.00-010.000. TOGETHER with all right, title a~d interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of th? party of the second part forever.
