No future restrictions in said laws and/or Code or limitation in the definitions set forth in said laws and/or Code shall preclude a use that is permitted under the current law and/or Code. This Agreement may not be changed or terminated orally. This Agreement shall bind and endure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and to the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, STATE OF NEW YORK, their respective heirs, personal representatives, 'successors and assigns.
