and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 8 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Indian Neck Park", and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 27, 1913 as Map No. 551, being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Smith Road, distant 299.97 feet southerly from the comer formed by the
intersection of the easterly side of Smith Road and the southerly side of Indian Neck Road;
Running Thence North 81 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds East, 110.75 feet;
Running Thence South 11 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East, 100.11 feet;
Running Thence South 81 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds West, 115.38 feet to the easterly side of Smith Road;
