County, State of New York, known and designated as Plot # 115, on a certain map entitled "Subdivision Map Cedar
Beach Park, situate at Bayview, Town of Southold, New York" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on December 20, 1927 as Map # 90, which plot is bounded and described:
BEGINNING on the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly line of Midway Road with the easterly line of
West Lake Road;
RUNNING THENCE south 41 degrees 15 minutes 50 seconds east along the southerly line of Midway Road 112.66 feet
to a monument set on the division line between Plots 114 and 115 on said map;
THENCE south 21 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds west along said division line 239 feet (deed) (239.67 feet survey) to the
