WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of
the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated at Lot No. 6 on a certain map entitled
"Map of Terry Waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk Co., N.Y." owned and developed by Halen
Cochran, Main Street, Southold, N.Y. made June 6, 1956 by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Sons, Licensed Land
Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y. and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29,
1958 as Map No. 2901, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Watersedge Way, distant 159.02 feet westerly from an arc
curcing to the right said arc connecting the southerly side of Watersedge Way with the westerly side of
Rambler Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 23 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds West 189.31 feet;
THENCE North 75 degrees 15 minutes 12 seconds West, 101.21 feet;
THENCE North 23 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds East 204.94 feet to the southerly side of Watersedge
Way;
THENCE South 66 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East along said southerly side of Watersedge Way
100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed
dated October 19, 1999 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 29,
1999 in Liber 11998 at page 023.
TOGETHER with alt right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

above written.
