WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being MAW at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive, distant
375 feet easterly from the corner formed at the intersection of the
northerly side of North Sea Drive with the easterly side of Kenneys
Road;
RUNNING thence North 50° 36 ' 00" West 380 . 50 feet more or less to the
normal highwater mark on the Long Island Sound;
RUNNING thence easterly along the normal highwater mark of the Long
Island Sound 109 feet more or less;
RUNNING thence South 500 36100 " East 372 . 50 feet more or less to the
northerly side of North Sea Drive;
RUNNING thence South 390 24 ' 00" West along the northerly side of North
Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to be party of the
first part by deed dated April 12 , 1973 and filed in the office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on April 13 , 1973 in liber 7378 at page 95 .

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
