lot 22 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Marion Manor", filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on March 18, 1958 as file no. 2038, said parcel being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Gillette Drive at the intersection formed
by the westerly side of Gillette Drive and the northerly line of Lot 22 as shown on the
aforesaid filed map, said Point and Place of beginning being a distance of 350.00 feet
