ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being north of the Village of Greenport, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, which on a certain map of
Sterline Manor of Greenport, Long Island, signed by John J. Monsell and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on June 18, 1873, as map no. 53 is knwon and
designated as the easterly thirty feet of lot 17 and all of lots 18 and 19, which said part
of lot 17 and lots 18 and 19 when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the westerly line of
Atlantic Avenue with the northerly line of Bridge Street and from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said northerly line of Bridge Street south 73 degrees 46
minutes 10 seconds west, 110.00 feet to a concrete monument and land now or
formerly of Breglia;
THENCE along land last mentioned north 17 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds west,
144.10 feet to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Dickson;
THENCE along land last mentioned and land now or formerly of Kalin north 73
