WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of SIX HUNDRED SIXTY
THOUSAND AND 00/000 DOLLARS ($660,000.00), lawful money of the United States, paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE "A"
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed
dated November 4, 2005 recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 29, 2005 in
Liber 12422 at Page 451.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,
TO HA VEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a Irust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the stone for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Main Road distant 505.13 feet more or less northwesterly as
measured along the northeasterly side of Main Road from the comer formed by the intersection of the northeasterly side
of Main Road and the westerly side of Youngs Road; said point also being the division between the southeasterly comer
of premises to be described and the southwesterly comer of land now or formerly of Gaultieri;
THENCE North 54 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds West along said northeasterly side of Main (State) Road 80.70 feet to
the land now or formerly of Barnes;
THENCE northeasterly and southeasterly along said land now or formerly of Barnes the following two courses and
distances:
1. North 39 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East 215.25 feet to a point;
2. South 50 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East 75.17 feet to land now or formerly of Gaultieri;
THENCE southwesterly along said land now or formerly of Gaultieri the following two courses and distances:
