KATHRYN S. NORMAN, residing at 188 Carnation Avenue, Floral Park, New
York 11001, for and during her lifetime, as Life Tenant, -and- MARYLOU
KING, also sometimes known as MARYLOU NORMAN-KING, residing at 73
Primrose Avenue, Floral Park, New York 11001, as Remainderman,
party of the first part,, and
KATHRYN S. NORMAN, residing at 188 Carnation Avenue, Floral Park, New
York 11001, for and during her lifetime, as Life Tenant a~zd Holder of a Special
Power of Appointment, -mtd- MARYLOU KING, also sometimes known as
MARYLOU NORMAN-KING, residing at 73 Primrose Avenue, Floral Park,
New York 11001, as Remainderman,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) lawful
money of the United States of America, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at at Peconic, Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being known and designated as Lot//3 and the Southerly half of Lot//5 on a certain map of Blanche T.
Dickinson, Peconic, Long Island, New York, April 1st, 1929, Daniel R. Young, Surveyor, and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 6th, 1929, as Map #860 which said lot and part
of lot when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Mill Lane, distant 68.10 feet Southerly from the corner
formed by the intersection of the Westerly side of Mill Lane with the Southerly side of Miami Avenue
(private road);
RUNNING THENCE SoUth 28 degrees 00 minutes East along the Westerly side of Mill Lane 68.10 feet;
THENCE South 62 degrees 45 minutes West 200 feet to land now or formerly of Conick;
THENCE North 28 degrees 00 minutes West along said last mentioned land 68.10 feet;
THENCE North 62 degrees 45 minutes East 200 feet to the Westerly side of Mill Lane, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being known as and by the street number 2265 Mill Road, Southold, New York

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated the 18th day of May, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of,Suffolk on
the 26th day of May, 1998 in Deed Liber 11895 at Page 315.
SUBJECT to a Life Estate retained by KATHRYN S. NORMAN, for her sole and absolute use,
enjoyment and possession of the Premises conveyed herein for the remainder of her life.
FURTHER SUBJECT to a Special Power of Appointtnent retained by KATHRYN S. NORMAN,

Determine the disposition of the remainder interest in the subject Premises among such
members of a class consisting of the following: other living blood relatives of KATHRYN
S. NORMAN, or charities, in equal or unequal shares, and in such manner as KATHRYN
S. NORMAN, (or by her attorney-in-fact), shall direct and appoint, by written instrument,
duly executed, acknowledged and recorded during her lifetimel with specific reference to
the power retained herein;
To the extent that the said Special Power of Appointment retained herein is not so expressly
exercised by KATHRYN S. NORMAN (as provided herein), upon the death of KATHRYN S.
NORMAN, the interest of the above-named Party of the second part shall remain as set forth above.
Under no circumstances shall this Special Power of Appointment be exercisable in favor of KATHRYN
$. NORMAN, her estate, or the creditors of her estate.
CORRECTION DEED: The within deed is given to correct a deed dated the 18th day of May, 1998
and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk On the 26th day of May, 1998 in Deed
Liber 11895 at Page 315 (hereafter referred to as the "Original Deed"). The Original Deed erroneously
transferred fee simple title to the within Premises to Marylou King, subject only to a Life Estate retained
by Kathryn S. Norman. The Original Deed should have also transferred title to the within Premises to
Marylou King, subjec.t to a Special Bower of Appointment retained by Kathryn S. Norman. By the
within Correction Deed, the Original Deed has been corrected to provide for the Special Power of
Appointment retained by Kathryn S. Norman.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any~ of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and
to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using
any part of the total of same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires. ,
