CORRECTION DEED: The within deed is given to correct a deed dated the 18th day of May, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk On the 26th day of May, 1998 in Deed Liber 11895 at Page 315 (hereafter referred to as the "Original Deed"). The Original Deed erroneously transferred fee simple title to the within Premises to Marylou King, subject only to a Life Estate retained by Kathryn S. Norman. The Original Deed should have also transferred title to the within Premises to Marylou King, subjec.t to a Special Bower of Appointment retained by Kathryn S. Norman. By the within Correction Deed, the Original Deed has been corrected to provide for the Special Power of Appointment retained by Kathryn S.
