Dear Mr. Baiz:
In response to your letter dated October 31,2012, the Board of Trustees
reviewed your request to remove three trees by the water that have fallen over
and to remove minor brush and debris within the area, and determined that a
permit is not required at this time due to the fact that it is a result of hurricane
Sandy.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this
office.
